We bought some machines at EspressoPerfetto. Prices are good, shipping is fast too. So far everything is fine. But if something happens to the machine (and that was the case with us with 2 machines), then you will be left completely out in the rain. The same procedure on the part of EspressoPerfetto on both occasions: it is the customer's fault that the machine is broken. The employees in the workshop are cheeky, unfriendly and arrogant. Promised callbacks are missing. Such an appearance is more reminiscent of a dubious mobile phone shop than a renowned espresso machine seller. After-sales service is a foreign word for this store. I was only able to assert my legal guarantee by threatening legal action. I recommend everyone to be extremely persistent here. If there is a defect, don't just get rid of it! That helped me.

Very bad bad service. Cold coffee and 1 year expired sugar sweetener that the employee gave me herself. After I used the sugar and noticed that the sugar had expired for 1 year, I pointed this out to the employee. She took the sugar and nothing more, I was neither offered a new coffee nor an apology made. With the prices you expect a good service as a standard that we did not get from them. I've been in the industry for 15 years, but I've rarely seen such poor service. Not to be recommended

WoW, what a friendly and competent advice experienced today. Nice forwarding to the advisor at the entrance Bünyamin Dogan (with😷) unobtrusively, can I help? Result: I made a convincing decision to buy the Bezzera Magica, a short check and a short run, trust is good, control is better. I stopped by spontaneously during my lunch break. Although the shop was very full at lunchtime, I received extremely good and detailed advice. Not the cheapest, but still fast! Organization of the return was a bit chaotic, therefore and because of the price a star deduction. Nevertheless recommendation!

Top! You can tell directly on site, the passion and experience in the field of specialty coffee. This helped us to view and buy the right portafilter machine including grinder on site. CAUTION when buying portafilter! Short version of my purchase from Espresso Perfetto: Warranty was not fulfilled within the first 6 months despite significant defects. Exchange was refused, several repairs have led to new defects. Only after hiring a lawyer was the machine finally replaced. The machine I bought from Rocket Espresso for € 1,900 had errors from the start (short circuit, whistling heating noises, loud clacking, loud pumping noises). Overall, I brought the machine to Düsseldorf 5 times for repairs (no compensation or anything else). Instead, I got the machine back with a new defect every time (employee's comment: "All repairs are only carried out as a goodwill"). Unfortunately the machine was faulty from the start and the repairs were not carried out satisfactorily either. ATTENTION: If you want to invest almost € 2,500 (machine, grinder plus accessories) and expect service, you should be particularly careful here. Advice in the Krefeld branch was great, but warranty processing and repairs were poor. There was also no understanding, instead it was said that I would have to invest more than € 2,500 for a high-quality machine. Espresso Perfetto seems to have grown too much in recent years, so that the customer is obviously no longer in the foreground. Great concept, but apparently only designed for sale. Pity!

We have given our portafilter machine there for inspection. The employees wanted to notify us by email when it was clear what should be done. This was not done, but we received an email that it was finished. Espresso Perfetto wanted almost 200 euros from us. It is outrageous to do such a repair without contacting us. After we made the theater, they wanted to remove the spare parts. We agreed, but the decision was made to reduce the repairs. When we got home we noticed that the swimmer was missing. For this reason, customer service and repairs are not a star. We are now taking the machine elsewhere for inspection. But I also drank an espresso with a sweet cake there beforehand. This was moldy inside. NEVER CHARGE THIS AGAIN! It wasn't about the price, but we want to know what we're paying for beforehand. I don't pay if parts that were there before are missing. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE GREAT REPAIR, SERVICE, AND MUDDY CAKE. MACHINE DOES NOT WORK.

First of all, I would like to say that this review is not a criticism of the café or the staff in the café, but only a criticism of the repair service offered for espresso machines. I gave my portafilter for repairs and maintenance, as replacing the pressure hoses on my part always led to the same result. They all burst. The hoses that I used were all approved by the manufacturer of the machine or were available from contractual partners in Germany, as the manufacturer is based in Italy. I reported this problem to the repair and maintenance service. The machine was handed over to me as repaired and cleaned after almost 3 weeks for a "reasonable price" of approx. 250 €. Not even 3.5 months later, the hose bursts in the same place. After doing some research on the internet in relevant forums, I was advised to check the expansion valve. Lo and behold, it was completely sealed. Hard encrusted and definitely not cleaned. I am of the opinion that a professional repair service for portafilter machines of all kinds should be able to check the brewing pressure after repairs and maintenance. The price for the work done is therefore not justified. My advice: It is better to do your own research before using such a "professional" service for a lot of money. BTW the new built in screws are way too small too. Never again.

I was given detailed and patient advice both by phone and twice on site. I found the advice to be objective and therefore didn't have the feeling that something was being sold to me. The employee who advised me said that he also repairs machines himself and was therefore able to deal in particular with the processing and possible weak points. I also had a very nice conversation with Mr. Vinci when I bought the machine and he assured me that I could come in at any time with questions after the purchase.

Super competent. I went there with my 24 year old Pavoni for repairs. I received first-class help within 15 minutes.
